Got the best treatment from Doug at Kloster Ford anybody could wish for.Just like to let people know that the treatment and service they provide is excellent. Not to many places that you can drive away on a sunday after 2 hours with a brand new turbo!

mathews80 Member 5 Member For: 21y 13d Posted 27/01/04 10:48 PM Author Share Posted 27/01/04 10:48 PM I loved the phantom, but very hard out here at Bourke to keep clean with all the dust and dirt.It had standard trim and the new one has Sports Leather also. But the biggest reason was the cook wanted citric acid.

Guest cul08r Guests Posted 27/01/04 11:13 PM Share Posted 27/01/04 11:13 PM My car is also from Klosters and hey are a very professional dealership. Like I said somewhere else recently, I had a disagreement with a local Ford dealer so I now drive 40 mins to get my car serviced there and I love it. They even sent me a customer satisfaction survey after my 15 k service! Not too many companies have the guts to do that.Andrew
