I know it would make first even shorter and cruising rpm would rise a few hundred rpm. Is there any benifeit especially with 1/4 mile times. Primarily to take the load off the box, no other reason. A two second job and 30 sec to download. They kept banging the limiter almost immediately after getting started. People say after some practice with 1st in manual mode its defiantly worth it and fuel economy and cruising doesn't suffer. I may as well give it a go, if I don't like it I can always change back. 1 Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/87563-anyone-changed-the-diff-ratio-with-a-zf-auto/#findComment-1456077 Share on other sites

I havent double checked but I think our cars are 30 splines 1 Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/87563-anyone-changed-the-diff-ratio-with-a-zf-auto/#findComment-1490862 Share on other sites
