Should only be a couple hundred, you may want to consider a billet wheel. Since its coming off(the turbo) it can be balanced. There's always a way to turn a lose into a win.

Matty will tell you how good Kawasaki(lols) wheel is...I think it was Matty(that) who had one anyway.

I knew the real name Haha....

Plus you can tell the missus that's just what a new turbo costs, she will be none the wiser and you get flapper mod and billet wheel. Winning

Then again if your turbo is beyond repair you may want to look at a upgrade anyway, by time you purchase a new OE turbo and mod it the gap to a gtx or precision is not going to be that much.

I'm at budget so the boss tells me, I'll have to do the billet wheel next year when the front mount and intake go on. Yeah the turbo I bought is a GT3540, will definitely get the flapper mod while it's off now.

Here's a quote I got from a tuner, can someone tell me if it's reasonable priced?

Re fit turbo (supplied) - $396

- Fit dump and cat (supplied) - $360

- Fit oil feed line (supplied) - $264

- Supply and fit injectors, supply x cal 3 and custom tune on dyno is - $2195

- Zf tune - $275
