Morning all. Can anyone tell me where this plug should go? It's just sitting there, I can't for the life of me find where it plugs into :/

I have the same plug sitting under the ecu.

You said that it clunks when going from D to N to R

Check your diff bushes

Also get someone to do the gear change so you can look to see if the front and rear tail shafts move .

This helps to check the transfer case chain tension.

Hmm, that plug is sh*tting me. I want/need to plug it into something lol..

Diff bushes haven't been changed ever so I'm guessing they're shot either way, the tail shafts moved slightly but not enough to worry me (talking millimetres) I'm booked in for bearings and diff bushes so we'll see how things pan out from there.

Appreciate all the helpful comments guys, in time I will be able to contribute to more threads as experience comes. Feeling like a noob lol

Vibration could be engine mounts. Mine are shhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhot and I ordered some new aftermarket ones to go in, the later design in this post:

Haven't gotten around to having them installed yet though but from the sounds of Ralph's posts it will be great.

Not sure if they are different in the Terry though! Email the bloke and ask - technico@optusnet.com.au

Flapper mod while turbo is off

Do you need a tune if you do a flapper mod with stock actuator? Only cause old mate could save some cash doing it now.

Thanks for the reply's guys. Yeah while it's down I'll throw some new engine mounts in, I was looking at these http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/261473255901

Putting a 12psi actuator in, is there a noticeable difference in getting the flapper mod done compared to stock?

Also getting 3.5" dumpy, hi flo cat and injectors.

Will I need valve springs?
