No need to remove bumper unless your taking the whole light out. It is a really tight squeeze though

Did my lights the other day, its a pain in the ass but once you take battery and intake out its doable without too much frustration lol

Nah battery needs to come out! You'll just waste more time fiddling in a tiny space and get pissed off....

If you've never removed battery before, that weird box holder thing is a karnt (think it took bulk effort and rage to yank the battery out of its holder - and I may have bent the clip thing that holds the case in place, underneath it :P )
