Looks nice and simple to use, I just have the old fashioned feeler gauges

That actually looks like it can adjust the gap too, I must have one!!

Feel gauges don't keep the electrode earth bar square to the the electrode, gapping pliers do.

If you go down the NGK path you can normally by pre gapped .8 instead of the 1.1. Not saying the gapping at the factory is always that accurate but its close.

Labour/time is moot as you should be checking them every now and then regardless of if they are iridium or copper.
