10 runs for me including a couple of breaks, coffee etc.

Was a very quiet night. Zero wait at scrutineering, maybe 10 pairs of cars max lining up in staging and a heap of cars doing solo runs because there was no car ready to fill the other lane at different times.

12.197@118 with a 2.02?? 60' for me

No traction issues - flat to the floor the whole way if I get off the line clean.

Slowly feeling my way to a good start - am narrowing the gap between too much and too little boost - one day I'll get a run where I nail it just right.

Definitely found the "too much" boost point with a half track burnout :S

Was up til about 4am with Don last night with us just chatting about the nights runs - I reckon the tossing of ideas back and forth, a bit of analysis of what we and our cars were doing and thinking about the differences we both experienced was at least as beneficial as any seat time we had. Will definitely be a bit more confident next meet with a new plan of attack.

Yeah - was enough to start seeing differences between each run and to be happy to try what you knew would be a bit too much in the knowledge that you'd be able to try a little bit less the next run and the next run until you found that spot that just wasn't "a bit too much"

Another thing that happened was they said that at ANDRA sanctioned events from now on, only full face helmets are allowed.......but they let me use my brand new open face for the night (out of pitty I think).

Something not quite happy with the car at the moment.

Occasionally (every 3rd or 4th startup) it'll stutter and hesitate (stall if I don't catch it) for the first couple of kms (on gas and petrol)

Other times once warm every 5-10 seconds when idling it'll have a huge hiccup, drop revs (almost stall) then go back to normal

Pulled codes with the XCal - P0330 - knock sensor bank 2 was the only fault

Time for some diagnostics I think :(

Devo raband

Cold start on 98 I can't touch the throttle too much otherwise it just stalls

And occasionally it just stalls on cold start for no reason..

Not a big deal for me but it's slightly annoying

The cold mornings in Mexico might be stuffing it around rab

Go get it sorted if it's painful

And have fun riding the bike in the cold and rain while it's in the shop....hehe

Shouldn't be like that coz the lounge may not be there the next time I wanna come down :(

Yeah - is a pain - seems hit and miss/random too which makes diagnosing it or working out a pattern a nightmare.

Coldest morning it starts and runs fine

Warm afternoon it jerks and stutters.

Mine does this and has done ever since it got gas/was tuned. How old is your battery? I find if I leave the aircon and lights off until it switches to gas it starts up a bit better.

Original battery - March 2013 I bought the car new (2012 manufactured)

Will try turning off everything and see if that makes a difference.

Has only just started doing it in the last couple of weeks - was getting worse, but seems to have levelled off now.
