APS: just a educated guess mate :)  Don't see why they would be upset, im sure it will sell a lot of magazines!

Anyhow well done on the result, and good luck on your next goal, which im making 330km/h :)

G'day Chris Thanks for your words of encouragement.....please dont raise the bar too high.....though 330 KPH is a magic number.

I thought 321.8688 KM/H would be more of a "magic" figure than a round 330?

still 307?I'd be happy with 307...for now :)

also, how fast would APS phase II kit go?? would it hit the rev-limiter in top too?? (that's with 3.45s though)

Dave.

Hi Dave, based on what we know now I believe that a phase II manual xr6t with the limiter removed would run approx 280 KPH on a reasonable day. A monaro with approx 260Kw at the treads will run 280 KPH in 5th gear, so the T with 270Kw would have to go close to the same speed.

Hey Peter,

if you want a new goal, what about fastest UTE in OZ! Would keep those Blueprint pussies happy too :kissmy:

Then again, you could always do it in my HgAg ute, now we know it has the bloodlines from the sedan.

Hey Mark, What a good idea, a 300kph + ute sounds like an interesting concept!
