Icc Upgrade Done, Now New Icc Not Illuminating

Hi guys,

I installed a colour ICC in my ute over the weekend. Everything went well however once it was all done I noticed two things...

A) The new ICC came up with the "SECURITY CODE ERROR" which can happen with some cars and not others for some reason. - I must have been one of the unlucky ones

B) The new ICC isn't illuminating any buttons. The screen works fine, however at nights none of the ac lights or anything below the screen lights up.

I've just got back from Jefferson Fraud and they fixed the Security code error so now my display is working however still no illumination of the ICC dials.

Any one have any ideas?

One of the plugs not connected correctly? also check ICC and ICC BATT fuses but unlikely as you would also be losing the display illumination.

No probs, I've checked those fuses however they are fine.

I did notice that the cig lighter fuse was blown however can't see how that would stop the icc lighting up...
