Recently, when set on the same temperature, the passenger side air conditioning started delivering warmer air than the drivers side.Any ideas of the cause? Can I fix it myself? If no, can you recommend a good air condition place in the inner west of Sydney?ThanksJohn Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/87446-dual-zone-air-conditioning-2006-bf-xr6t/ Share on other sites

The system had a gas leak. As it had a low charge one side of the evaporator coil was warm and the other cool causing a problem similar to what you describe. Passenger side blend motor is part of the HIM and is dash out to repair/replace.Are you able to pull codes from the car?
