When my nt05s had full tread they made my g6 handle better than a wrx

I couldn't believe it and the way it launched was just unreal

What about nt05r? Aren't they almost as good as et's, and well priced.

Yeah I tried chasing them up towards the end of last year but couldn't find anyone that had them in stock in Sydney

.

Am tempted to go the nt05's on the rear and the Innvo's on the front

You will get an increase in tyre noise with the nt05s and you will get into some interesting situations if you hit a patch of water while on the freeway once the tread wears down a bit Edited by LU82

Cheers - getting the car back soon with some extra ponies - still on the OEM's with no traction troubles, but they're almost ready for replacement.

Trying to work out if the Nitto's are great tyres, or great tyres for the price (subtle difference)

90% of my driving I could do on Bob-Jane T-Mart specials, it's the other 10% that I'm concerned about :P

Will be taking the car to the strip for a few runs once it's back (out of interest rather than testosterone) and am tipping traction will start to be a problem.

Road noise and wet roads will come into the equation, so the NT05's may be too much of a compromise.
