gday guys, new to the forum so not sure if im posting in the right spot but..

just purchased an 08 bfII xr6 turbs 2 weeks ago,

list of mods include;

-bigger fuel pump

-injectors

-4in dump

-hi-flow cat

-HDI intercooler & piping kit

-12psi actuator

-ported wastegate

-SCT flash2

-k&n pod ,opened up box

probably a few more things but you get the basics..

car has had a number of dynos after each mod and last was 369.8rwkw

tuned by bruce heinrick in adelaide

my problem is it just doesnt seem to have the kick in the pants it had when I 1st got it..

its seems the mid throttle response is somewhat laggy and restricted, accelerating at half throttle it surges like its half spooling up and the gear changes are a bit funny sometimes.. unless I give it a boot full it does break traction (even with traction on) but doesnt seem as spirited.. I have lubed the boost solenoid and checked all piping for leaks but am new to turbo cars.. have always been a ford man and a petrol head.. I own a 69 xt falcon with an off tap 347 stroker in it..

any advice would be appreciated..

cheers,

and look forward to chatting more

adam

Moar = more

23 = PSI

But probably along those lines, get it back to him and have him drive it maybe, see what he reckons?

You've already mentioned the things I'd check. Sometimes I feel mine is the same but it could be I'm finally well used to the extra power after 3.5 years...
