Black 4 pot Brembo's from Ford are $700 each not bad, thinking about some for the FG

What does that price include? Is that just the bare caliper or does it also come with bracket, line and pads?

Normal going price for a set of new 4 pot front calipers with brackets, lines and Brembo pads is about $1500-1800. A set of DBA T3 front rotors to suit is $500-700 depending on where you get them from.

Nope, I priced them through ford recently. And I work in a smash repairs that gets good discount on parts. You cannot even by the bracket on its own. You need to buy the caliper and bracket. Can't remember exact but it was around $1600-1800 per side for an FG.

Not worth it. Buy some used ones from a wrecker. Or Race brakes is around $2800 for front only 4 piston, braided hoses and T3 rotors.

Then $800 ish for the rear PBR large single piston.

Got quoted by City Ford Arncliffe parts by a guy called Graham, he knows his brakes and there off the FG MKII GT RSpec brakes in 4 pots front, Got some parts off him the other day top bloke.

I have the fg GT black rspec 4+1 pots just fitted them to my new BF F6 rsprc. I was told there were only a few hundred spares and they were sold out a while ago.

So in summary th $1400 I paid for (2nd hand) Front and Rear 4potters with line/pads/discs was a bargin and Ford are a bunch of copycats as I was rocking Black Brembo 4 Potters long before these Arsepec GT's turned up.

2 sets of FG brembos on the AFF classifieds at the moment.

Brand new 4 pot fronts with discs for 1600.

Or

Near new 4 pot fronts and 1 pot pbr rears with discs for 1600.

Boths are good deals if you ask me and at those prices you would not bother experimenting with other callipers.
