I was talking to an expert online and he said that it was the clutch master cylinder that was at fault it is not creating enough pressure to push the slave cylinder so clutch disk is not fully released and keep trying to spin the input shaft of the transmission. Is there's anyone that has had the same problem and can help me out thanks.

Sambo87 Member 26 Member For: 11y 6m 21d Posted 28/01/14 06:39 AM Share Posted 28/01/14 06:39 AM I've got a bf turbo with a t56 and mine had a similar thing.

Ever since I bought it (at 100,000k's) it was a little hard to get into gear. Over the next 10000 it gradually got worse and then one day completely f*cked out like you are saying. I'd have to kick the clutch a few times to get enough pressure to get it in gear. That was on the way home from work.
The next day I took it to the gearbox shop and the slave cylinder was f*cked.
The stock slave cylinder is inside the gearbox and is made of plastic. Common problem.
I replaced it with a mal wood opt 3+.
I'm still on the run in period so the jury is still out on how good the new clutch is, but I've heard good things from others on here.

However I think it may have been slipping this Arvo in 3rd on a full throttle pull because I smelled something suspiciously like clutch when I got to the servo 2 minutes later. I'm running 387rwkw though. The clutch is meant to be good for up to 410rwkw.

They come with an alloy slave cyc and billet piston though.
