Decided to finally fix the miss fire I was getting under open throttle from 4.5k up in my ba typhoon. According to my mechanic it was the plugs and coils. However after putting a new set of delphi coil packs in and some plugs in it made the issue even worse. Has anyone else had a problem with delphi coil packs. I changed them over for vdo coils. Hopefully it will fix the issue when I put them in.

Ok so I put the genuine ford ones in and the car is still miss firing very hard under load. Pretty sure the car is running very lean as a mate plugged in his diagnostic scanner ane the plugs showed signs of leaning out. Would that explain the issue.
