I have been told that the zf has had lots of problems and manual would better. But I do like the zf. Only if not if im going 101 problems with it. Any info would be great. Some people say the cooler on them are no good and they fail which causes the 'milkshake' but from what I can gather is that happens more on the old BA 4spd auto. Finally it's 15th or so 1/4 mile run a few months ago I wobbled the flexplate loose hahaha. Don't thrash the hell out of it cold, fit a PWR heat exchanger kit to eliminate the low chance of a milkshake and they are pretty awesome.In the end choose which you like to drive most, is it a daily, do you care about clutching in peak hour traffic, more rewarding for you to drive manuals vs faster at the track with a ZF?
