Should be a few exciting months.. I didn't think anyone would be interested in a gt4

Posted 10/01/14 06:53 PM Share Posted 10/01/14 06:53 PM Hi, I used to do a few ST185 GT4's quite a few years back. They are great little engines, the stock turbo and manifold/cat design where a bad point however.Very common for the wastegate seats to crack. If running the stock ECU you will hit factory boost cut at anything over 10 psi from memory. The check engine light will come on, you will then need to switch the ignition off and restart the car for the boost cut to reset. If you have a look on my photobucket account, there is a ST185 GT4 I built a 3SGTE for, custom intake plenum, stainless headers,GT35R,front mount cooler, full forged engine. My Photobucket account is supercharged88RegardsDave.
