I have a ba xr6t that has a rough idle sounds like it's missing. Now I've replaced the plugs and coil packs about 5 months ago and haven't had a problem since. But last week wen I went to get the car out of shed as I don't drive it often it started to have a bad idle. Can anyone give me any ideas where to start to fix this problem? It's completely standard Thanks in advance.

I cleaned the throttle body and that made a huge difference. I've also changed the fuel filter now too and it idles HEAPS better. My brother just got his FG XR6 Turbo back from a smash repairer and it's got a very rough idle now. It's even a bit rough when driving along. Cleaned the throttle body which was very dirty but that made no difference. Gonna try fuel filter and maybe spark plugs but if they're not the issue we're going to have to look at vacuum leaks (smash repairer replaced cooler piping).
