Recently read that people who fitted a true trac have said it feels the same as a stock one, so you might want to look at a standard one anyway? Just watch out you get the right ratio diff as manual and auto are different for example, if I recall correctly.

I just put a true trac in my ute. I recommend it. Was around $1500 fitted through Forced Performance and Tuning.

What differences/improvements have you found? Was the old one working 100% before the swap?

Edit - just saw you have massive power as well. Maybe better for those over 450rwkw?

The old one had a good run but was time for an upgrade. The true trac is great. Drives like standard when you are cruising around and locks when you put the foot down. Alot more control. Im really happy.

I have the kazza not good for a street car its like a locker and people give me funny looks because of the noise it makes. Its shimmed up tight because I destroyed one already.

This is my experience with my TrueTrac too. To be fair though I didn't really push the old one too hard, so potentially not the most fair comparison.

pick one up from the wreckers if you can't be faarkt with it, even check on eBay.

Most wreckers give 3 warranty.

I'd imagine less than 600 bux but you would need to fit it yourself which is a bit annoying to do
