There seems to be alot of R&D put into those turbos.Borgies would be the best of both worlds but they are dearer again.

I was told by my tuner it would come on full boost about 500rpm later than the precision.Refer to my signature. I was happy with the end result.Got a dyno sheet Mes?Amazing result making 533 on 20lbs!Most tuners need at least 22+ just to crack 500!!!

Are the gtx's laggier than the standard turbo??? Also are the new precision units water cooled? Edited 06/01/14 02:12 AM by Kroozin

Same everything else. The GT wheel has alot more get up and go at light throttle.Precisions billet wheel boosts earlier than the GTX wheel cause of its 6+6 blade design but it must perform better than the stock cast GT 6+6 wheel cause they have taken alot more meat out of the centre of the wheel plus maybe other tweaks that you can do with billet. And they may have also picked up some top end flow with those tweaks but I wouldn't think to the point of matching the flow of a GTX.

I'm not saying the gtx is laggy at all but I'm after the punch of the stock turbo and the power of the gtx
