I was reading, with some interest, an article in todays Sunday Telegraph, about the new WRX. It sounds like another good little beast. I wasn't expecting to find the article talking about the Falcon XR6T and the XR8. These 2 cars, it seems, would be the major threat to WRX sales. The Subura guy suggests they aren't much of a threat to sales but the fact that they were mentioned would say otherwise. And .... no mention of the SS. Funny that !!! :-)

seeing that the Late model camira is a v6 wouldnt it have to have a twin turbo or a super charger?

Yes I believe this would be the case. I'd be surprised if it was a twin turbo but. Supercharged yes, I'd say is a real possibility

I did read (somewhere) that the new HFV6 was going to be about 200kw standard, but someone may be able to add more detail to this.

Motor Mag, a small article on it.

I'll see if I can dig it up, I think it was the NOV or DEC issue of 2002.

That's what I thought. Based on the number I've seen on the road (or lack of them) they can't be selling well. But who gives a S#!T anyway. Lets talk FORD XR6T !!!

Here's a pic of a much better car !!!
