If I remember rightly..

Remove intake to turbo and piping from compressor, cover them up suitably

remove heat shielding, there are some sh*tty bolts to get to from underneath... unless you have a hoist ( suggest spraying turbo manifold mount bolts with CRC or WD40/penetrene as soon as you expose them after removing heat shield)

Unbolt dump pipe at the turbo flange (that's where I dropped it)

remove boost actuator hose from actuator

remove coolant and oil feeds to turbo ( suggest coolant change at this point and oil change)

remove coolant drain and oil drain from turbo ( I took the oil drain off at the block... was just easier I thought)

crack turbo mount flange bolts

remove all mount bolts in turbo and lift out....

something like that.

I just hit mine with a big hammer.

It normally only takes 2 hits but that can vary with the poundage of the hammer and amount of beers consumed

I just drive mine around. Fords awesome factory hardware and assembly methods gaurantee the turbo will fall off at some stage, you just gotta wait.
