Finally started doing some serious mods to the G6ET, about time too. Parts list as follows:

Vossen CV3 20x9 and 20x10 with 245/35 and 285/30 invos

Brembo 6 / 4 calipers, PMU HC+ pads, braided lines and GS610 brake fluid

Second Skin Spectrum Sludge - sound deadening under the guards then underbody sealer.

Progress pics to follow.

Rear of the car is first up.

Old brakes and rotors are off, second coat of deadener is on but will have to dry over night. Then on goes the black sealer.

Rotor centres are painted, pads and lines fitted to calipers.

Nice work mate looking forward seeing it all finished.

Give us your feed back on the deadener and how much of a difference it makes inside the cab.

That's just on the splash shields, wont do sh*t

Correct, by itself the effect will be minor but doing it now while I'm there.

The next project after this one is the sound system...

Rear is done except for bleeding the lines. Have to get one of the wheels re-balanced as the weights fell off, what a nuisance.

Will roll the guards today and fit the wheels for a photo later today.

So I did not get a lot done today, had to service my daughter's Suzuki Swift and she pleaded with me to finish the sound in hers as she heads back to Melbourne tomorrow. This is some old Kenwood stuff (back when it was not made in China!) that used to be in my XE 351 years ago.
