Yeah I have heard that too much adjustment and it wont engage first gear at all so I only adjusted it 1/2 a turn, the difference is noticeable but not extreme. Just wish I could figure out why it keeps dropping out of gear everytime I back off :/ Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/87094-btr-dropping-out-in-tiptronic/page/2/#findComment-1446911 Share on other sites

In all seriousness though, I dont feel like throwing money at a lost cause so if a little tweak here or theres solves the problem then sweet, if not, id rather switch out the whole trans Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/87094-btr-dropping-out-in-tiptronic/page/2/#findComment-1446932 Share on other sites

And check the redline oil container and see if it is ZF compatible as it needs to be. Ordinary auto trans oil does not do the trick. Do a search in driveline under ZF oil.
