Seems they believe it's a "maintenance item", I'd like to see at which service interval they suggest to replace the heat exchanger.It's a BS cop out, completely missed the mark on what's actually wrong with the car. It hadn't even reached the Ford recommended kays for their "life time" gearbox oil change(100 thou).
