These aren't normally supplied with a rear housing, they fit the stock rear housing. If you want a smashtheboost 23inthemid weeeeeeeee tune then the stock wastegate setup will be fine. But if you want to run lower boost and have a free flowing exhaust then the stock wastegate will do a poor job. It all depends really, obviously Ratter is going to prefer a good port job as it will make it a lot easier for him to tune the thing.

Z2TT Member 714 Member For: 12y 6m 19d Posted 16/12/13 06:29 AM Share Posted 16/12/13 06:29 AM (edited) Ratter is the factory FG Wastegate setup a problem even on stock exhaust tuning wise? I had mine tuned with factory wastegate with no mods and it made about 320rwkw but on 16 PSI in Mid range tappering off to about 12 or 10 in top end.I assume if Catback exhaust will make the stock turbo overboost or be unstable, that must suggest on FG The factory exhaust is a restriction even with the factory turbo Yes? and upgrading would give better power delivery? I normally thought the cat back is sufficient as it's 3" Mandrel for most part except behind drivers floor. And as for the original question here Yes fit all the parts yourself and get the car towed.Leave the dump pipe off that way it's easier and less time consuming for them to take your turbo offto mod the wastegate.
