^^^^ This is the problem with asking if suspension is "good"

Yes, of course its good if you want to slam your car in the weeds, but it's no good if all you want is to lower the car an inch and have it ride well with good body control like a big dollar euro car.

It's like saying that a sachs racing shock from a V8 supercar is "better" than your original shocks so you should fit them to your daily driven lawn bowls transport... "Better" isn't always "Best"

they may not be the best product you can buy, but for price they are hard to beat, I had xyz coilovers in my old ute it was quite low and it sh*ts all over my f6 sedan with koni's allround, and the konis cost more

Hey mummba, welcome back to town.

In regards to the xyz suspension, are you saying they are a good option for someone that is looking for better handling?

Again, the point I'm trying to make has been completely missed. Why are the XYZ's better than your konis? Because it feels firmer? Because the spring rates are higher? Because you don't feel as much body roll?

What I'm trying to get people to understand is that not everyone wants their car to be a race car. Not every vehicle reacts the same way to the same parts. Some more information is required from the individual before any recommendation can be made. Which is why I asked the question.

I sell and recommend XYZ coilovers but only if they are suitable for the customer

And if you paid more for konis than you did for XYZ coilovers you got handled...

Senna has a good point...

I wanted my ute to be absolutely slammed and handle like a go kart.
Got what I wanted from XYZ,

Still absolutely no complaints about there stuff but, and for the price... :wwww:
