Its official Expensive Daewoo will cease manufacturing in australia as of 2017

http://smh.drive.com.au/motor-news/holden-to-end-local-manufacturing-2900-jobs-to-go-20131211-2z5kr.html

while I might not be the biggest fan of Expensive Daewoo its a shame to see them go

the ford vs Expensive Daewoo days will be well truly over by 2017

well I dont think they will

the falcon and Late model camira lovers will still be out there.. they'll still be going to the quarter and settling who is faster and the which one is better arguement will never die as long as we keep it alive..

Bloody shame for the workers at the factory, and in the supporting industries.

So the next lot of dunnydoors will come from the phillipines, off the chuv line?

I see GM have announced Mary BARRA as their new ceo, ironic name for a GM employee..

Its a shame but its the new norm now.I have seen a simliar thing in my industry, which is fibreglass swimming pool manufacturing and supply. So many companies are being pushed out of the game. You have to be good at what you do and control your overheads and clever marketing.

RIP Holden.........oh and FORD.

I've really noticed that everyone at my work seems to be in a giant 4wd but dont ever actually use it to go off road.. its a shame that they are going, its more of a shame that the falcon will also be going. heres hoping ford and Expensive Daewoo give their final models one real last hoorah for the fans.
GO THE MIGHTY T6
