In my section there is dyno sheets showing the gains with the Kenne Bell fuel pump module, for some reason I can not do links at present

Yea 695 sounds a bit rich, but people have been buying 500-600 for intakes that do SFA for a while now :)

There are also many online test between the KB and JMS voltage boosters.

Instead of paying 7hunge for some box, I'd rather over engineer my fuel system, to ensure it still returns fuel to the tank at WOT.

Fix it once, fix it right.

What he said. That's nearly a dual entry rail + fitting.

I was told Monsta torque are also evaluating one of these applifier units at the moment - no information unfortunately ( re-read hard data) but the comment was passed that plug gaps can be set back to 1.1mm in hi boost applications and idle quality and part throttle response improve. Nothing said about outright power changes.

The units are on back order as Herrod have no stock of them.

Fuel pump voltage boosters are ideal if you don't have an external surge or pump. Im trying to work out if surge problems were to do with lack of return all along or if its a pickup issue.

Herrods seem expensive. Try the JMS PowerMax at $US339.

I think its the best way to set up a fuel system. The way I set it up is failsafe. I use normal pump voltage at idle and cruise and switch a relay to use the voltage booster via a programable ECU. I don't use any pressure switch. Its as failsafe as can be IMO. I would never use two pumps.

In the FG I am considering using one of the Fan outputs that switches the fans on at high speed. On HP tuners you have full control of this output. However at this stage I am not sure if it is an output with a separate wire or not. If it has a wire I don't need it for high speed fan activation and will use it for the fuel pump voltage booster activation. Failing this will have to use a pressure switch I guess.

Herrods comes supplied bolt in plug and play. I'm willing to pay the extra rather than fart about making a harness. Pretty sure both boost a spark and the fuel booster do their thing at a selectable boost level. Can't wait to give them a go
