Sallary sacrificing means I effectively buy with pre tax dollars, at gov't price; buying any other way is certainly not an alterniative for me. As long as I can insure it, and as long as it gets the same 'service' as what they quaoted it's OK..So I'm stuck with 17" wheels, becuase that's all they factored for, unless I fudge somethign and so on....A.
