Fg Xr6 Turbo Beginner Mod Question, Please Help Me

hi guys I'm new to this forum , I just brought an 2008 fg xr6 turbo 65000 k unmod total standard. here is all the mod I want do. please give me some advice see if I'm on the right step, thank you guys so much.

my budget is around 10000 for mod, here is my rough plan

power - I want around 300rkw power, de cat exhaust, change a sportier x force muffler, larger injjector, kn filter, turbo smart bov, after market intercooler pipe,flash turner

handling - 245/40/18 front 285/35/18 tyre eagle f1 tyres, whiteline sway bar front rear, ebc green stuff pad front rear,pbr rotor

my question is

1 exhaust, I don't want an too loud exhaust,but bit more sportier without drone, so by just remove the cat convertor and change to an x force muffler, does it give a deeper sound than factiory while improve power? I'm not going to buy an full system, so by just change the muffler and decat, does it make it bit louder and deeper? does centre muffler need to be change too? I just hate droning.

2 intercooler, is the standard fg factory intercooler good enough for 300rkw? I not going to track the car, but may do some spirit driving around the mountain, do I need to fit an larger intercooler? I thinking of change the pipe only as bigger intercooler may produce more turbo lag? if I must change intercooler, what brand work best? don't want go over my buget too much

3 brake pad, I mainly doing street fast driveing, what is the best pad for fg xr6 turbo? is ebc green stuff the best pad I can get? or is there any other brand also good? what rotor I should go with? please give me some brand and link, for rotor, what brand is good? slotted or standard?

4 lower springs - is the fg standard spring any good? I mainly after comfort, is there any sport spring provide same factor comfort while improve handling? I going to fit whiteline sway bars . not really going to track the car , so any adivide on changing spring?

5 tyres. can the factory fg take 285/35/18 tyres at rear? is eagle f1 the best brand I can buy for normal street driving?

I'm total new to mod, so please all you expert guys give me some advice, and anything I'm missing out, please let me know, best thanks to all the help cheers.

Go to the pitlane sponsor site and have a look at Ratters build up of his missus's car. Follow that for the engine mods and intercooler advice.

Exhaust - go on one of the cruises and have a listen to what they sound like. But basically, small straight thru mufflers mean noise. A cat change will also alter the tone of the exhaust.

Tyres + Wheels - same thing. There are some good threads on that.

So, a bit of research first - especially if you are spending 10K.

1. Xforce full exhaust system doesn't drone that much it's a nice tone, so are the other exhausts

2. Do a full intercooler system ether process west or plazmaman

3. If you going to do brakes you mite aswell get some second hand brembos

4. there are many choices for lowering springs or the full deal with coil overs

5. You want grip nitto invos seem to be the choice so far

cooler and pipe change you must. For 300rwkw the injectors will need to be made bigger, you will be spending around $650 unless buying you second hand.

slotted rotors with pads better will be making a big difference, DBA rotors and EBC pads will be a good combo. 285/35/18 will not be fitting on the factory wheels.

The poor man pays twice. A cheap cooler is wasting money and most of the time does the exact same job as the standard one
