Ba Ute, Et Streets Sizes In 15 Inch

Hi Guys,

Had a quick look through the forum but could not find the answer to my question.

And that is, What tyre size (15 inch, standard steel ford rims) should I be aiming at getting that will fit the REAR of a Ba Xr6T ute?

I put a 235/60/15 et street on standard ford 6" chaser. Fit pretty well, unreal traction.

Would a 15" chaser from EF, El fit the Ba with no problems or should I stick to spare 16 " rims from BA?

Pre au have a 0 offset and au onwards have +36 so anything pre au will poke out the guards way too much.

I think the reason you have a 16 is because a 15 won't fit over ba brakes. I have au rear brakes.

It looks like I will have to find Au rims, if they are 15 or else 16 or 17 mt's to fit my original alloy wheels.

Any idea on what sizes would fit 17 rims with no clearance issues?

Standard 17" xr6 ba wheels are the go, with a 275 45 17 et.

I had 15" EL steelies on my ute with no dramas.

Ive got some 16" stock wheels widened to 8 or 8.5, cant recall exact width. You wont need to alter brakes.
