I'm from the blue mountains and use CMS. If you're going to leave your pride and joy in the hands of someone else you want to be sure they are reputable and the best at what they do. There are more things available to edit in SCT but the main bottleneck is the operator of the software, and there are plenty of fast HP Tuned cars about.
