I just have a question I have seen a lot of the high horsepower xr6 turbos more so in fg than ba/bf they don't run a blow off valve just block it off. is there any reason for doing that at all???

The BOV return piping is quite expensive and because of the length needed to get to the aftermarket intakes they just can't afford that length of pipe.

That explains the rat I found sucked into the exhaust. Started the car and it pressurised again, shot out and hit the dog. $962 vet bill thanks to blocking off my BOV.
