The Australian muscle car museum is open by appointment on the 1st and 3rd Sunday of every month. If we can rustle up 20 or more visitors they will reduce the entrance price from $15 to $12.50 per head, this includes a light lunch. Jeff suggests we set aside 3 hours for the tour and lunch so maybe we can go on a mini cruise in the morning maybe somewhere like Mount Nebo then cut across to Samford on to Dayboro and back via Caboolture to the site still do not have the actual location of the museum yet but it is in the Northern suburbs of Brisbane. If we arrive at the museum at around lunch time then we would finish up around 3-4pm and everyone can make their way home. We have already missed the first Sunday of May so the possible dates are Sunday 16th MaySunday 6th JuneOr we wait until after the Coffs Harbour cruise but I dont think I want to wait that long. If you are interested in this event and would like to participate can you give an indication of numbers and your preferred date and I will see what can be organised. Yep, mini cruise, why not. 16th is out for me, I'm moving outta Hemmant for good that weekend. 6th of June sounds great for me. I think we should do it. Who knows, by then I might have gotten myself into debt with a new car. Will need to break it in and get ready to get back into 'cruise' mode. They do offer kids pricing for children under the age of 14. It is $7.50 if we prepay or $10.00 at the gate. Jeff is unable to divulge the address to us at this point in time due to his insurance company and landlord's policies. He will meet us at the Narangba Railway station at 10:00am on the Sunday we decide to attend. Because of this timing we wont have time for the proposed mini cruise prior to the tour but if anyone wants to it could be incorporated at the end of the tour, which should finish around 1pm. I am unable to start a new thread regarding this outing can I ask someone who has permission to do this, to create a new thread with a voting button for the preferred Sunday to attend. Then we can easliy track who is coming.
