When the Lockyer rose the other week, they were releasing more out of Wivenhoe as the Lockyer lowered to keep that buffer in the Dam.Now! you got all that water coming down into the Lockyer feeding into the Brisbane river as explained above.You gotta know there is 2 Sydney Harbours a day flowing in Wivenhoe. By road, its only maybe 3 k`s from work to the dam? But we`re a hardy bunch battlers with pioneer spirit. We`ll deal with it.But it`s getting ugly. Jamie said water was seeping up through the floor of his shop, lol Kyle is still on cloud nine after returning from snowboarding in Japan. he did say it took them ages to get home from the airport. The road is now closed at Blacksoil, it was at 6am this morning when I wnet up the Brisbane valley Highway.Its bucketing down with thunder. It`s like 6:30pm dark outside at 10:25am...
