You can't run less than that? That turbine wheel is supposed to flow more than a stocker. Run it at gate pressure without the solenoid in the mix and see what it does. I'm a little confused by it too, it's like the compressor makes more than the turbine housing and wastegate can handle. I'm no expert though, just going off what has been relayed to me by my mechanic from tuner.
