Car drives fine then starts to lose power then if I use more than min throttle and starts misfiring and spluttering and has zero power. Timing drops right down to between -2 to 8 degrees, boost at zero psi and really starts coughing and popping I pull over, idle sounds okayish and then I rev it and it splutters and sounds like its dropped a cylinder or two. Heres the wierd part Let it sit for 5 and shes all good again, any ideas??Planning to change spark plugs and coils anyway tomorrow as part of the service but could it be anything else Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/86855-g6et-finished-for-now/page/33/#findComment-1567450 Share on other sites

Surely a split hose would cause far more dramas? Why would I lose all timing?
