Well I have been using the frequency app and it is all over the place. It varies from 30hz all the way up to 550hz.

I got to get a video recording, for you to see.

Does it show spl? The loudest ones probably the one that's reverberating in your cabin and annoying you.
Is it like a bassy "booming" constant kind of sound when you're going up hills or at a certain rpm?

I am not sure what sbl is.

Yep, that low bass sound that fills the cabin.

SPL = Sound Pressure Level, which is measured in "Decibels". Basically how "loud" specific frequency ranges are in the overall sound profile.

It has a screen like an oscilloscope and shows the high and low frequencies.

top of the frequency is 550hz and then the bottom one os 33 hz.

I will have to get a video recording up on imgur.

Top half of phone screen is dark, turn your brightness up to view the oscilloscope.

needs a better stereo or I propose he hoons it everywhere so then the noise doesn't bother him.

can you have a quiet convo at 100km/h with the stereo off and windows up? I put a lil dynamat in both front doors and that was a huge difference on highway cruising, did you deck out your front doors?

you put invos on ay? kinda sounds like tyre noise ish. also isnt there some thing where the noise comes in through where the manual gearstick is, and you can insulate it? the recording device seems to be above this is all.

I need to get new speakers in, but I gotta finish the boot first and the get to the front doors, but with all this extra weight, I now need more boost.

We struggle a bit to have a quiet conversation at 100km/h. That video was at 100km/h.

yeah I got the invo's on the rears only. The mobile phone recording this is above the dash near the A pillar.

The height of the peaks (amplitude) of the waves on an oscilloscope reading are the measure of how "loud" the specific frequency is that you're recording (the number at the bottom in Hz).
