I was just reading through the book on recommended service items at 45,000km and wanted to just get some advise in regards to service items. I do mainly city driving/stop start.

I know most in should I do list are optional and case by case but eventually want to do the whole list.

Should I break them up into a couple services and which items should be priority?

If I missed anything that you think would be quite important to do, keen to hear about it!

Pretty sure need to do

- Re-torque inlet manifold bolts

- Clean air filter/intake(I replaced with K&N around 35000)

- Oil and filter change

Should I do

- Clean throttle body / boost solenoid

- Change diff oil (have no lsd version not sure what deal is but it is probably due. says 2 years in book)

- Change battery(~2 years now and is standard battery still)

- Brake pads/rotors(been on stock ones for a while, thinking maybe just pads for now)

- Climate control filter

- Change rake fluid ( says 2 years in book )

- Spark plugs

- ZF Service (again never done)

- Drop and replace cooler ( it says every 3 years however the colour looks really clear/white/greyish consistency. may be due to be done)

I did the usual (oil, filter, inlet manifold bolts) plus diff oil it was needed, coolant was needed also clean throttle body, changed fuel filter and brake fluid and power steer fluid.

Brake pads on mine were still had a fair bit left at 65000kms when I changed to slotted rotors.

ZF oil I changed at 65000kms as well and it was fine, could of gone till 80000kms at least and ZF Australia say there fine to 100,000kms.

Spark plugs I will be doing in February at about 72000kms

My battery just died and it was 31/2 yrs old...

I found at this stage it was working hard on start up, so swapped out for repco 650cc when they had 25% off. 3 year warranty also.

I would recommend to do throttle body. I have about 50,000 and did it in preparation for tune and found it made throttle a lot more responsive. Funny as when cleaning I was thinking it's not that dirty, but it did the deed.
