Hi guys I bought a ba turbo a while ago and wanting to get up closer to the 400kw mark so far I have.

Forged rods, hypertek pistons, valve springs,

Atomic billet oil pump, hardened cam gears.

Stock turbo with flapper mod 12 psi actuator.

Plazmaman 4" intake

Plazmaman plenum

Plazmaman surge tank Bosch 044

after market dump pipe, cat and mandrel bent twin 2.5" exhaust

6 speed manual

Eaton true track Diff.

Drilled injectors to 60lb

Old 2.5" in/out Process west stage 2 core.

Tune made 320rwkw on 17.5 psi of boost.

Not grate figures.

Just bought the New process west stage 2 core with

3"in/out.

Siemens deka 60lb

Still making the bracket for the front mount.

Should be more efficient cooler than the older model.

Car goes good but should go better with less psi.

Thoughts anyone.

I thought most people ran twin 2.5 "

A fella from 6 boost said slap a second 044 in and they Jamie could possibly pull 400.

I Will see how it goes with the New pw cooler and deka's after the retune but I don't see that getting me up much more hp

Yeh Steve is helpful. I recon you will go 400 on twin 2.5". What exhaust did henz have on his Ute?

Manta twin 3"

With plaz cooler + plenum+ intake

Ported turbo + actuator

Valve springs

Surge+ 044 + 60s.

Twin 3"

407rwkw at heaps of boost. Think 360 at 16psi iirc
