Hey ratter if you've got some time to give us some advice what fuel pump would you go with?

I will be upgrading the turbo to a precision 6235 soonish and eventually chasing 450+ as its my daily I don't wanna buy something then replace it in 12 months.

Any chance you've used the kpm 1000hp in tank pump?

Sorry for the hijack

Thanks for that ratter I'm just trying to keep everything looking stockish underneath. The car will never be tracked only to the drags so I'm not sure I'll never truly require a surge.

Sometimes I wish I lived in vic

My understanding is if you get bad fuel you simply go back to that servo and they do tests and all?

This is why I ALWAYS get fuel receipts and stress the importance of this to everybody.

Masda sound good! But might just see if I can get fuel tested. Been hanging for a cruise, almost jumped gun last Friday instead of this Friday.. Lol

Did you call BP about testing their fuel

The lab is only 10 mins from my house. I called geotech. They don't do it and suggested BP

No mate, I did a bit research on web, but didn't get any thing much on where to go.

Quite a few people had picked up on cars pinging on BP 98 around Perth and questioning Quality on different forums

Had to use car yesterday as father inlaw very sick, not mention fuel has been in tank for 4weeks now so wasn't sure how accurate it would have been for the time and effort.

Just run the old fuel out and topped it up fresh.

I stopped thinking about it and just drove it hard and enjoyed :).

I would like to know, if it had rumpled a tooth In the timing could that result in the car pinging at the top end giving the impression of bad fuel?
