Nice mate

I've been considering water injection as my car starts to ping above 360 rwkw

Which kit you looking into?

Im probably gunna go a Snow Performance Stage 2 Kit.. bout $550 landed and pretty easy to self install..then have it as a Level 3 tune thru the X-cal..

Have it cut in at about 10psi.. more boost more timing simple mod fora lot more reliable power..

Iv had an E85 car b4 and its a right P.I.T.A !!!!

Couldnt handle the draining tanks, Jerry cans flashing tunes etc..

W.I. is the business iv seen it first hand with a few cars and its benefits are much better than an e85 tune ;) and with zero dramas..

A 4L tank will last a few months for about $3-4 worth of meth.. too easy :D

So your going a water/meth mixture?

Won't water/meth play around with your AFRs

And why not both, e85 and water injection

I don't really mind switching between the tunes and I run my tanks to pretty much empty

Yeah probably about 40% meth 60% water..

The whole tune has to be redone with the W.I. of course but should be able to see 20+psi comfortably with 98.. with the kit activated over about 10psi..

Until E85 is everywhere I cant cop using it again.. and with the differences between the pump varieties(ethanol content, seasonal blends etc) I dont have confidence in that either..

Yeah I know e flex is abit all over the shop but United e85 has been great too me

I'm seriously considering just going water only so I can see myself around the 380 mark on 98

I'm only at 350rwkw @16psi

Yeah cool im pretty sure water will get ya there mate..

I cant comment on it with e85 as iv never heard of it being done.. im sure it wouldnt hurt but I just like the ease of water with 98..

Ill see how I go tomorrow things could change haha :)

Dyno sorted and car back today from Hi-Torque..

Ended up with 355kw / 476hp.. on 17psi.. (I thought 375kw/500hp was achievable with my mods)

A little bit down I what I wanted and expected actually but car feels good all round which was more important..

Valve Springs dipped the curve a little bit at about 6200rpm.. so they are next to do, along with the TrueTrac..

The back to hit that 400kw mark.. ;)

Yeah ok cool..

I havent really seen comparisons with Dynos round here so that's not too bad I guess :)

Another PSI might have got me to the magic 500 number so will c when the springs are done..
