I paid 950 for atomics fitted. Maybe even 900 I can't remember

Mine made 374rwkw similar setup including crossover on 18psi. MTA750 won't flow as much as a GTX although I am still hopeful of cracking 400rwkw on 20ish psi. I bought it because it was cheaper than GTX and spooled earlier. And the precision wasn't out yet.

Not that there is much point because it will then go 430/440 when its on E85 on similar boost :)

Old Mate I think we have the same theory behind our purchase.. as its a pure street car I dont really care about the 1 time a year it will see a few laps round QR..

Did u have your springs done b4 your 374kw tune ?

Yeha that's what im hoping for Mark on 98..

Might have been pursuaded into an e85 tune just for the track when I do the springs shortly.. lol

Took it to WIllowbank last night to have a play and familiarise myself with the car a bit better.. pretty much the first time its been driven hard since iv owned it too..

Ended up with a best of 12.2 last pass of the night @ 118mph.. tried to stretch out 3rd just that little bit extra and hit limiter just before the line :(

Went a best Mph of 120.63 and ran 119 pretty much every pass.. so not too bad of a start..

Now the 60fts... tried a few different techniques based on what ive read here but could NOT get it to leave the line decently AT ALL :'(

Best 60 of the night was a Piss Weak 2.108.. with all the 60s being between that and 2.3, averaging 2.2s.. :/

Send me the tips boys on how to do this.. Traction was there all passes so def not bagging up at all, its just getting the car to leave with some sort of RPM

as it felt very slow and off rpm and any sort of boost b4 it got going :/

Keep in mind its still stock box without a tune so was going a bit easy on it with regards to stalling it up and holding it.. but it seemed to "come good" with regards to gear changes toward the end of the night after I blew the cobwebs out I guess and learning this is how it gunna be from now on hahaha

If I can get that down into the 1.8 region id expect to hit the 11.6 - 11.7 zone which at the moment id be much more happy with..

Any help will be greatly appreciated :D

Mate

I manual shifted with traction off with a single spinner and got my 60ft down to 2 flat with an 11.8 at 121 with the old stockers turbo

With the new turbo I'll leave traction on and take off in second

I got into 4th every time to keep the small turbo in its power band

Matty are ya just holding it in first and mashing the accelerator on green ?? or trying to stall it up at all ?

I tried the stall in 2nd and then hit 1st at the last second and mash it but it didnt seem to work :/

need to have something goin in that 1800 rpm to 3500 rpm.. its such a dead area that I need to improve..

im sweet for the rest of the track and as said I dont believe im losing traction at all there but its just this line work that's got me..

my last car ran 1.2 60'ers so u can understand my frustration with being a full second slower in the 60s hahahaha :)

Havent tried it yet with the new turbo
but the old one I stalled it up to about 2400 and put it gear 1 and shifted manually
have to be really careful to not over cook it in first otherwise it just lights up
ill try launching in second this wednesday
1.2????????
what car did you have?

Yeah cool I think I just need a bit more stall speed then probably goin a bit too easy on it..

I was worried about anything over 1800 or so..

Iv always had quick rotaries and last was rx2..ran 8.9 just under 150 with a 1.29.. it's Australia's quickest regod 13b rx2 streetcar and Queenslands fastest regod rotary when I sold it..

So 32psi and 6k on the transbrake leaving the line is a bit different from this thing hahaha :)
