Financial Help/my Rights, Anyone Work For Bank Or Finance Company?

Basically I've had the bank stuff me over a bit, and I'm pretty sure I have a case. I'm tryna sort it with the bank but keep hearing from a different staff member every day, none of who can actually bloody help me or fix the situation, and wanted outside advice, or see if anyone can help me or has any ideas before I go to the ombudsman. If you work for a bank or a finance company or anything like that that you could help with personal loan troubles, please let me know.
