17in mts are good for shed loads, just need to get the right amount of heat in them otherwise ya might as well be having a go on street tyres

Whats the normal burnout procedure with et streets ??

Last time I was at the track I was running 22psi in the tryes. And for the burnout I would go 1st 2nd 3rd (ZF auto) then release the brake.

Theres no set pressure. Usual is start at 20 & go down if ya still cant get traction. The idea behind the perfect amount of heat is a fast wheel speed & not for too long. I've found 1st, 2nd drive out of the pad, click third & if ya have revs click 4th. Dont go too big cause you can overcook them. Generally when the tyres start to screech that's a sign there cooked to perfection :)
