Hi all. Been thinking about getting a cat-back system for my new BA Mk2 xr6 turbo and I'm having trouble deciding between the venom system and the x-force system. In your experiences, which system sounded/performed better. I know it's a bit of a how long is a piece of string question, but I'm after a kind of deep rumbly 6 sound. Looking at mild steel for either system at the moment, but if you guys prefer S/S, tell me why? The car will be kept pretty much stock besides the cat-back. Only looking to do cat-back as I'm only new to the turbo cars and not interested in getting any tuning done due to not being used to high powered cars yet. I know x-force is a site sponsor, but please try not to be too biased in your opinions. Any opinions/help is greatly appreciated!

Cheers, Josh.

Spend your money on other areas like improving handling or on your stereo. You will get more enjoyment out of those mods than a louder exhaust. No point in having a louder car but still having the same power.

I had the xforce twin 2.5 system on mine was ok not to loud but cheaper option is remove center muff

Not the rear or it sounds like a tractor ... Like I said in the cruise forums I've got my old typhoon air box snorkels and k&n

Sitting in my shed you can have for cheep same performance as growler but cheeper

Yeah I've been thinking about that aye fatz... Might try to fabricate something myself with some cheap Bunnings pipe off the front of my air box, but if that doesn't work ill definitely take you up on your air box :)
