Hey guys, has anyone had any experience as yet in cleaning the leather interior?

Can it be treated, ie with leather cream?

How do you clean it, without runining it?

I'd be very interested in people's suggestions for a good leather cleaner and conditioner ...

Enjo with what..that's great to clean it...but what about protect????.....

Its a cleaner/conditioner, comes in a tub and you just rub it on and wipe it off with a soft cloth. Good stuff. ;)

Meguires do a leather cream. It's a cleaner and conditioner and sold in a black bottle under their "Gold Class" range.

Rub on wipe off. And it doesn't leave the leather seats all greasy. Once you buff it with a soft towel, you can sit on the seats without risk of staining your clothes. I've always used this stuff on my EL Ghia's bovine interior and it still looks great.

Best part about the Meguires is that it makes the leather smell like it is new... so the whole car smells great. Which makes this product great for restoring a new car's aroma after SWIMBO goes and collects Pizza in your new car. Grrrr.

Last bottle I bought cost about $19.00 and it lasts at least 3 full applications.

Before you do..... I found that the little perforated holes in the leather get the cream stuck in it - very, very frustrating and looks crap. Had to get out there with a needle and poke it all out. Meguires also do leather wipes, I'd recommend those instead.

Cheers
