Yeah.

I'm with the positives on this one. A lot of good for us all will come from this if the Terra is a big seller. A lot of R&D shared, lots more shared componantry, etc etc.

And yeah, as the Macka days get longer, I'd much rather be towing the boat/caravan with an Oz designed and made veehikal than a fully imported anything. (Of couse if the Lotto numbers come up then the Cayenne has gotta be a big prospect!!!)

Nuff said. Go the Ford product.

Meanwhile, the T is the best seat I've ever had under my bum and it's going to stay that way for a while yet.............God and the Missus willing.............. :spit:

Have you gone stark raving godonski? :o

Downgrade to an NA?? ....... WTF......(with opologies to ed etc...)

Better PM me your address and I'll mail you some blue smarties. :gooff:

Really, I was only speaking about the future when the Macka timing has been dulled by the ravages of time, alcohol and lollies. I do hold out a glimmer of hope for a GT in around 28 months. Might have to do a salary sacrifice (Which will leave me with $187.56/week). Just leave me enough for fuel and the occasional packet of smarties. :finger:

Hey......what a life.............

The wife is keen.  Waiting for the release so she can get a test drive.  An I was hoping for another "T" or perhaps a GT.....

Photos don't do the Territory justice, it is great looking in the flesh, I would tend to wait a tad with Territory, whole new model platform and all, there will be issues, despite what Geoff say's (what else could he say) I would wait for a year until the first round of issue fixes are implemented, I would hope the BA'S coming out now would start having less problems, TIME FOR A GT THEN! Good luck Dave!

yeah, I've seen a couple driving around Geelong too, you're right, they actually look pretty nice in the flesh, for a bloody 4WD :)

I don't think the Adventra will be very successful, though, due to the lack of a V6. I think the Territory will have a higher chance of being successful. It's at a better price, it has a 6 (a good one too), and looks nicer IMO :)

Spotted a Terry this morning with trade plates on it.

It was lightning strike.(or close to it) It looked like it had a full set of badges on it.

It must have been a low series as it had a "XT" badge on the rear right.

I work near Jeffs shed. So must have been heading that way for the Motor Show. :pinch:

Looked the goods!

don't you think the territory may suffer the same fate..no option of a v8 or turbo six.

I think it's time to get those blinkers removed :oooh:

Ford's Territory is equipped to the hilt

FORD’S forthcoming Territory SUV could well be the car

for those who just can’t do without a canoe carrier, 50-litre
