Not Making The Right Sound?

hi I need some help I cant get my duel port bov to sound how its ment to I think ahah

its currently set to plumb back but when I drive its bov surging and making the flutter sound but I cant get it to make the straight (pssssshh) sound

its already got two washers in and is tightined up and turned back a little? can any one help me in what I need to do?

aslo its just a stock fg ,auto

probably too tight and that's why its not opening up to let the air out so its just fluttering out the intake instead

yeh I tried that I just cant seem to get it right. its either to much or to loose I guess ill just keep adjusting till I get iut right cheers mate

normally a proper set up one will flutter most of the time and then do the psssshht vent when youre up at about max boost. if its too loose it wont hold boost properly and if its too tight will flutter all the time.
